Hope has a new Chairman
11th December 2011
In October David Wyrko Hope’s Chairman retired after 5 years in the position.
During his chairmanship, he has fund raised, promoted and represented Hope all over the county, for which Hope owes a doubt of gratitude for his contribution to Hope’s success, more of which will be in Hope’s January newsletter.
With David’s retirement, Michael Turnbull, one of Hope’s existing Trustees has agreed to take on the role of Chairman for the next 12 to 18 months, to quote Michael;
'To allow the charity time to seek a younger, able and more committed Chairman, to ensure the good work done by David Wyrko as Chairman, was not in vain’.
We wish Michael all the very best in his new role.
