A study of the role of protein production blockers in the spread of bladder cancer

3rd April 2005

In our research, we focus on mechanisms controlling cancer cells spread and formation of novel tumours (metastatic progression).  We study a group of molecules which are present in bladder tumours.  These molecules are responsible for keeping cancer cells together and for preventing their migration.

We believe that these studies will contribute to the development of efficient anti-cancer treatments in the near future.  This work would not be possible without your support to Hope Against Cancer.
