Talk about your perceptions and consider your organisation from every angle with an initial consultation which will determine where to start. Follow this up with an in-depth analysis, working with a selection of your organisation’s key stakeholders to identify key areas and a report and recommendations to interpret the analysis and suggest specific actions.
